SLP pioneered the underhood cold air package for the Camaro and Firebird. They replace the restrictive, power robbing factory air cleaner assembly. By picking up cool, dense outside air and pumping it directly into the engine these systems are proven to make up to 20 additional horsepower, depending on application. The system is crafted from powder coated 304 stainless steel. The high-gloss, black finish looks great under the hood. Included are two high flow style cone air filters and a custom "block off plate" to isolate the filters from hot underhood air. The smooth flowing, mandrel bent 2.5" diameter intake air tubes are welded into a 3 3/4" diameter collector for a solid, custom fitted assembly. Each kit contains all necessary parts and complete installation instructions. These kits are street legal in all 50 states.

Designed by the engineers of Callaway Advanced Technology for their "Supernatural" Camaros, this system eliminates airflow restrictions inherent with the stock LT-1 system. In addition, the ultra-low restriction air filter element has been relocated outside the engine compartment for a cooler and more powerful air inlet charge to the cylinders.

These break-through engineering designs contain all the performance improvements you expect from K&N, but with even greater benefits. What is truly remarkable about the Generation II kits is that they consistently achieve incredible horsepower gains even under varying atmospheric conditions. This process is accomplished by replacing the entire air intake tract, thus isolating the cold air and directing the air through this truly unique chamber delivery system. This process may or may not include a heat shield.

Airchargers are designed to be less restrictive compared to the stock air management system. Low restriction air filters provide quicker throttle response and more power throughout the RPM range. Additionally, it is important to note, if the stock air cleaner box has emission control devices and/or hoses attached, these parts may not be re-installed on a new Aircharger assembly. Each Aircharger has a specially designed filter element consisting of woven cotton fabric sandwiched between two layers of wire mesh screen. The screen and fabric combination creates a grid-like effect which actually straightens and smoothes the incoming air as it passes through the filter. Air moving in a straight column moves faster than turbulent air, hence more power is gained.

This SLP under hood cold air kit fits any 1998-2002 Camaro and Firebird. Designed to pick up cold, fresh air from the high-pressure air stream in front of the radiator, SLP's cold air kit will give you up to 15 additional horsepower. The Original Whisper Motorsports Induction Lid.   This Induction will help your car breathe better by eliminating the baffles and the fins on your stock air box lid, smoothing out the air increase. These lids have shown a significant increase in horsepower.  GM High Tech Performance Magazine (9/00) saw a 17 horsepower and 16 ft-lb torque using one of our Induction LS1 powered F-body.  All Inductions come with everything you need for a quick install, and all LS1 Inductions come with our Sure Seal Collar.

Designed by Edelbrock and assembled by Magnetti Marelli Powertrain USA Inc., a major manufacturer of OEM throttle bodies, these throttle bodies come equipped with a new throttle position sensor for bolt-on perfomrance, out-of-the-box. Magnetti Marelli uses sophisticated machinery to electronically set the butterfly and throttle position sensors for absolute accuracy. With a 25% larger bore area than stock, Edelbrock throttle bodies increase performance and bolt to the stock manifold with mounts for stock sensors and vacuum lines.

SLP's throttle body flow booster improves air flow at the entrance of your throttle body by 30 CFM. This airfoil shaped piece smoothes and directs airflow into the throttle body and makes up to 7 additional horsepower. The flow booster is manufactured from aircraft-quality, cast aluminum and includes all installation hardware and instructions for easy bolt-on installation. For maximum benefit, add an SLP cold air package.

Talk about a smooth operator! This Holley airfoil kit easily adapts to the stock GM throttle body on Chevrolet 5.7L TPI and LT-1 engines used on Camaros and Firebirds. It acts to smooth out and minimize the turbulence of the incoming flow of air into the throttle body.

This will effectively increase the amount of air flow. More incoming air means more horsepower. Installation is easy; simply snap it into place in the mouth of the throttle body and it's ready to work. Made from space age elastomer, the Holley airfoil will perform effectively and unobtrusively for years.
