New from SLP, these heavy-duty lower control arms employ 1.75" (OD) DOM steel tubing and high-durometer polyurethane bushings to dramatically improve rear-suspension rigidity and minimize ET-killing wheel hop. Although designed to provide maximum performance in serious drag- and road-racing applications, this reasonably priced package also makes a superior upgrade to any street-driven Third- or Fourth-Generation F-Body. Both arms are finished in our new low-gloss black textured coating and feature convenient zerk fittings to facilitate quick, "in-car" greasing.

To help eliminate wheel hop and give you the extra traction you need, Granatelli Motorsports has designed these heavy duty rear control arms. Tubular steel is used in place of the factory u-channel stamped steel design because round tubular DOM steel tubing is much stronger and lighter than the factory pieces. These control arms are constructed of 1.65inch diameter .120inch wall drawn over mandrel steel tubing which is precision welded and include genuine Energy Suspension fluted polyurethane bushings with Zerk fittings. Each system includes premium hardware and detailed installation instructions.

Polyurethane bushings are also incorporated in place of factory soft rubber bushings for positive stability. Black powder-coated for appearance and corrosion resistance, these Lakewood rear suspension control bars bolt directly to the stock mounting location using stock hardware without any modifications required. Repositions your instant center by lowering your control arm angle for increased traction and anti-squat. Lowers rear of control arm up to 3".
This product is a must for lowered vehicles to correct your suspension geometry. Lowering your vehicle alters the LCA angle putting the rear of the LCA higher than the front of the LCA, this causes massive wheel hop and traction loss.
NON-LOWERED vehicles will also see a dramatic increase in traction by lowering the rearward angle of the LCA with our relocation brackets. The lower mount holes are placed in the arc pattern of the OEM length LCA. Therefore allowing a non-lowered F-Body to drop the rear LCA angle and NOT require a longer than OEM LCA. All geometry is correctly maintained. The anti-squat performance is providing most users with a full .10 or better 60' reduction!
Must be welded into place. All Grade 8 hardware is included. Since the brackets must be welded in place, we ship them bare. Weld in LCA Relocation Brackets are the only SAFE and EFFECTIVE way to install them.
