JET-HOT® now sells hundreds of headers from major manufacturers with our STERLING finish applied.

JET-HOT® develops, produces and applies a variety of coatings for parts exposed to high temperatures and/or corrosive environments. All are applied at one of our regional factories through a meticulous, multi-step process including: thermal degreasing, abrasive-blast stripping with virgin aluminum oxide, double-coating (inside and out on headers), high temperature curing, custom packaging for return shipping, and quality-assurance controls during every phase of the procedure.

JET-HOT Sterling™ - Our exclusive formula works beautifully on new or used parts at temperatures up to 1,300°F. This high-luster coating, containing silver powder, shares the brilliance of chrome with the subtlety of nickel. It provides the most brilliant appearance in high-temp, high-tech coatings while delivering major performance advantages. The same basic formula is available in matte black, blue and cast-iron gray.

Manufactured using mandrel-bent, mild steel tubing and surface-ground, thick steel flanges, PaceSetter Headers are available with standard black painted finish. Each header undergoes an extensive preparation phase followed by two applications of the coating and a high-temp curing process. All PaceSetter Headers come with hardware, gaskets and illustrated instructions and are backed by a three-year warranty. Header bolts not included.

Manufactured using mandrel-bent, mild steel tubing and surface-ground, thick steel flanges, PaceSetter Headers are available with Armor Coat, a polished, high temperature, metallic-ceramic coating. Each header undergoes an extensive preparation phase followed by two applications of the coating and a high-temp curing process. The Armor Coat won't discolor like paint, chrome or dull finish coating, reduces underhood temperatures, resists rust and corrosion and is easy to keep clean. All PaceSetter Headers come with hardware, gaskets and illustrated instructions and are backed by a three-year warranty. Header bolts not included

The RKSport V6 header system offer individual tubes that are 1 3/4 in. in diameter with 3/8 in. flanges. Each system includes flanges at the end of the main header section, and the "down" pipe for the connection between the header pipe and the catalytic converter. All header systems come with ceramic coating and are manufactured from extremely strong 14-gauge steel.

Stage 8 Locking Fasteners will not come loose as a result of vibration or extreme heat.  Patented Stage 8 Locking Fastener System utilizes an active mechanical locking device that positively prevents the fastener from rotating.  This eliminates the "Tighter Is Better" method.  Stage 8 Locking Fasteners stay tight until you remove them.
