Holley fuel injection pressure regulators are designed to provide the correct fuel pressure for any high performance fuel injected vehicle. Utilizing a special wave spring to maintain constant fuel pressure, these Holley-designed regulators will truly enhance the performance of other horsepower-creating components that you may have added to the fuel system, air flow system and electronic system of your vehicle.

Their OEM dimensions allow these pumps to be swapped without other modifications making them a great replacement for a worn out stock unit. The beefy internal components and high-performance design delivers up to 255 LPH (Liters Per Hour) of capacity making them a must for turbo, nitrous and supercharged models. All performance pump kits include a new strainer unit as well as applicable installation hardware and are available for most domestic and import performance applications.

Multiport EFI systems require a stable fuel supply to maintain best performance throughout the engine’s rpm range. This high pressure and high flow Fuel Pump features a roller vane pump mechanism which is extremely resistant to clogging and jamming. The pump mounts in-line (out of the fuel tank) with two supplied cushioned clamps for a quick and sturdy installation. The nipple inlet is 3/8” with a 5/16” outlet. The wire terminals feature brass studs for secure connections. Made in the USA, the pump is ideal for use as a “booster” for nitrous oxide applications, or as a stand alone pump for multiport EFI systems on engines up to approximately 500 HP. Capable of 43 gph at 40 psi.

Approximate flow is 43 gph (282 lb/hr) gasoline (specific gravity 0.788) @40 psi and 12 volts/5.4 amps. Has 3/8-in. hose nipple Inlet, 5/16-in. hose nipple Outlet. Includes 2 cushioned mounting clamps and 4 mounting bolts.

The addition of a high output fuel pump is an absolute necessity when other engine modifications such as camshaft, headers, larger injectors and fuel rails, higher flow throttle bodies, etc. are being contemplated. Holley in-tank electric fuel pumps utilize a proven gerotor design. The outside dimensions, however, are compact enough to fit existing hanger assemblies, without modification. These are complete fuel pump kits and include all drop parts, accessories and installation instructions. Also included is an inlet filter that meets or exceeds original equipment specifications and provides improved filtration and durability.

Vortech's T-Rex 43/70 fuel pump is specially designed to maintain a high flow rate at elevated pressures, hence the 43gph at 70psi designation. Only the T-Rex carries this rating.

Adding a turbo or supercharger to your engine is a great way to improve the power of your car. But you have to remember that when more air is being pushed into the engine, the need for additional fuel raises proportionally. Meeting these new fuel demands could mean larger injectors or ECU programming both which can be pricey. This new Fuel Pump Booster is economical (and easy) answer for your engine's new fuel demands. As boost pressure increases in the manifold, the MSD Booster will increase the voltage to the electric fuel pump to maintain the fuel volume. The amount of voltage is adjustable with a potentiometer from a range of an additional 1.5 volts to a maximum output of 22 volts over a range of 5-30 psi.
