Late model GM vehicles without removable chips require the use of the JET Power Control Module (PCM). The JET PCM provides the same type of Power Tuning as a JET chip and is the most sophisticated tuning device for late model GM vehicles available today. The JET PCM is a 20Mhz RISC computer that controls air/fuel, ignition advance and transmission tuning for the ultimate in power gains.

If you have a stock engine with no other modification, this is the chip
for you. The JET Stage 1 performance Chip is programmed for maximum

Designed for modified vehicles with low restriction exhaust and low
temperature thermostat. The JET Stage 2 Performance Chip has been
calibrated for peak horsepower in cases where the engine has been modified to

The ThermoMaster Power Chip, used in conjunction with a low-temperature PowerStat thermostat, is the most powerful chip you can run on the street. The ThermoMaster not only provides maximum performance, but it will also help keep the engine cooler in situations of extreme heat such as emergency vehicles, desert driving, competition, etc. Cool air has more air molecules per cubic inch than hot air. An engine running in cool, dense air produces more horsepower and is less likely to detonate than an engine that is taking in hot air. The Hypertech PowerStat thermostat lowers both the temperature of the incoming air/fuel mixture and the engine coolant temperature. The ThermoMaster Power Chip is programmed to take advantage of this cooler, more powerful air/fuel mixture produced by the Powerstat. All temperature-sensitive functions controlled by the ThermoMaster chip (such as a minimum temperature for torque converter lock-up, closed loop operation, and in some cars, early fan turn-on) are adjusted for a cooler temperature thermostat. The Hypertech PowerStat is specifically designed for use with the Thermomaster Power Chip.

If you run a computer controlled car, you need some sort of scan tool to monitor the computer to see what's going on. The ScanMaster will allow you to see if your car is rich or lean, monitor knock, and look at 25 other parameters (including trouble codes) that your computer controls. This unit also has a recall mode that will record the lowest O2 reading, (lean spot), and the highest amount of knock (an engine killer) that happens during a run. It will also tell you the MPH that these two events occurred at so you have some idea what to do to correct the problem. This unit is designed to work on 1994 thru 1996 LT1 powered cars (no trouble codes on 1996 version). Instructions are included for hook up, this unit is about the size of an average radar detector and can be viewed while driving or racing. A must for anyone serious about performance!

The Translator + is a stand alone unit that attaches to the stock wiring harness on a LT1 powered F-body. It's simple operation allows you to adjust the air fuel ratio and spark timing across the RPM band. Timing can be advanced or retarded up to 14 degrees. A variable retard based on RPM is also available for NOS or Supercharged applications Timing can be advanced at the low end and then retarded at higher RPMS or it can be tailored in other ways to suite any needs. The air fuel ratio can also be tuned using the Translator to make different parts of the RPM bands richer or leaner. An MAF limiter is included to stop high MAF code on supercharged LT1 applications. We recommend the use of a scan tool like our Scanmaster to provide feedback for proper adjustment.

TPS voltage at Wide-Open Throttle (WOT) is a function of power enrichment (PE). If the voltage is below a certain point at WOT, the ECM will reduce the level of power enrichment and the engine will not perform to its potential. This device is completely transparent until 70% TPS, then it takes over and assures maximum TPS voltage for 100% Power Enrichment (PE) when you need it the most. Today's engines are built to run hotter-for reasons unrelated to performance! The higher temperatures mean less aggressive spark lead timing and lower advance curves or knock sensors, which retard timing at high engine loads to prevent detonation. If you run it hot, performance goes downhill. Stock cooling fans are set to activate at 215º F, too hot for high performance use. The JET SCU 2000 (Speed Control Unit) interacts with the vehicle speed sensor on late model GM cars and trucks. It allows transmission shift points and speedometer calibration for vehicles where tire size or gear changes are required. It also eliminates the top speed limiter in these applications. It simply plugs in to the transmission and is adjusted with the turn of a switch.
