97-04 Chevrolet Corvette: These long tube headers will make an instant impact on your Corvette. We offer them in three versions: 97-2000 with emissions, 01-04 with emissions and a race version without AIR and EGR fittings. Built from 1 ¾” tubes, these headers can handle engines making up to 600HP without any difficulty. They are built from 16 gauge tubes, 3/8” flanges, and are meticulously welded. Of course, we coat them inside & out with our Sterling finish as well.

This 3" H-Pipe completes the connection between our high-flow catalytic converters and your rear-section exhaust system. Equipped with a true 3" balance tube (the stock connection measures only half that at its narrowest point), it's a perfect addition to SLP headers (part# 30060 or 30061) and high-flow cats (part# 30063) when used with stock mufflers. Or use with our C5 "Loud Mouth" rear-section exhaust system (part# 31038) for maximum flow. (Note: Exhaust will be quite loud in this configuration.)

Use this custom-designed H-Downpipe to connect our C5 Tuned Length headers with stock (on 1997-1999 models) or SLP (on all 1997-2002 models) catalytic converters. Constructed from 3" 409 stainless steel, it uses a 2.5" balance tube for optimal flow characteristics. Includes all necessary hardware.

The Whisper Motorsports Power X-Pipe will make your C5 scream.  With the Power X-Pipe installed, your C5 will produce more horsepower throughout the RPM range.  Peak gains of 4 hp and 7 ft-lb torque have been seen from 2500-4000 RPMs.

For those of you that want to build your own headers and/or exhaust system, SLP offers the same OE quality components that we use in our manufacturing facility.

This is the same ceramic wool fire sleeve packed in SLP header installation kits. It is designed to protect wires, hoses and metal lines from heat. ALWAYS KEEP COMPONENTS AWAY FROM HEADER TUBES. But remember SLP fire sleeve can add an extra margin of safety. They are 6" in length and sold in pairs.

Greatly reduce the amount of heat in the driver compartment of your C5 with this insulated tunnel mat. This part install's below driver compartment and above exhaust center section. Easy to install and worth it's weight in gold.

These catalytic converters were designed specifically for low flow restriction and compact size. We recommend them for use with our tuned-length long-tube C5 Corvette headers (Part #30060, #30061). Includes clamps and adapter pipes.
